How soon can I have my order?
The turn around time on custom orders is approximately two weeks provided we receive your graphics within 1 business day of placing your order. Once printing is complete, your order is shipped via FedEx (2-3 business days).
Can I rush my order?
Yes. Speak to your sales representative for details and additional charges.
Is there a minimum order?
Although larger orders receive preferred pricing, we are happy to accommodate smaller orders as well with competitive prices.
How do I check the status of my order?
Because we provide a personalized level of service, you can call or email customer service at any time to check the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided upon request.
Why doesn’t the website include a price list?
Pricing is calculated on a case by case basis and takes many factors into account. We are a wholesaler and buy direct from the manufacturer getting our customers the best possible price.
What is the process for artwork?
You need to email Vector EPS or “clean” one color art work. If art needs to be done in house, there will be a charge of $25 Per hour with a one hour minimum.
Can I get a sample?
We are happy to create a sample for you prior to ordering. Product costs and set-up fees apply and need to be paid by customer. Wholesale Uniform Group is confident you’ll love our products.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order?
All orders are invoiced at the time your order is placed. Depending on your history with our company, 100% payment is due upon placing your order. For larger league orders, we will accept a 50% deposit and 50% remaining balance paid prior to your order shipping. ALL CREDIT CARDS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL 4% CHARGE.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check or cash.
SHIPPING
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We are also able to drop ship your orders.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
We do not ship C.O.D. All payments are required at the time your order is placed.
What are the shipping costs?
We will bill you the actual UPS or FedEx charge. There are no additional handling fees. Most apparel items cost approximately .25 to .50 per item to ship.
Can I ship to a P.O box?
Wholesale Uniform Group cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS
What is returnable and not returnable?
Custom orders are not returnable with the exception of incorrect or defective merchandise. All other merchandise can be returned minus a restocking fee of 15% to 30%. All returns must be processed within five business days from the date your order is delivered to you. Please check your orders carefully upon arrival.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Call or email a customer service representative. They will assist with your return and issue a return authorization number and provide shipping instructions. Due to variations by manufacturers, differences are expected. The best way to size a league is to order a sample size run for each product. Most of our merchandise is available in the following sizes:
